The Welcome Gallery is an immersive environment that visitors encounter when they first enter the building. The entire room is back-lit by colored lights that subtly shift over time, or can be changed entirely to create a new mood for special events or clients. Gesture-based, projected interactives are placed throughout the room, leaving the floor-space free and allowing multiple people at a time to interact with virtual astronauts, pose questions about space, and much more. These projections and other screens placed in the gallery become a pre-show experience just before visitors are swept into an animated warp-tunnel that leads out from the gallery into our premier theater.
